Professional Training

Dr Yeates is available to offer introductory training sessions on Tai Chi for people with Neurological Conditions, providing both didactic lecture-style content (clinical evidence-base, history of Tai Chi and an introduction to Daoism) plus experiential learning of Tai Chi sequences. Delegates will be signposted to the main UK providers of Tai Chi for rehabilitation professional training (see also links). Dr Yeates is available to provide workshops in the UK and worldwide.

NeuroFlow Hrouos are currently in the first phase of development, and it will be some time before a manual and training programme is developed and disseminated.

I also work with a colleague, Dr Priyanka Pradhan. She is s clinical neuropsychologist and yoga instructor, and together we operate as The Breathing Brain Movement to offer mind-body retreats for clinicians, exhibit at conferences, and spread the word about the value of mind-body interventions for neurological conditions.
