Individual NeuroFlow Sessions

While one important dimension of Flow can only be achieved in a group class as you move in unison with others (plus the social relationships you will develop as part of the group), it is understandable that some people would not be comfortable attending a group activity. Accordingly individual sessions (60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on specific needs) are available. These cover the content of group sessions in a more individualised manner, with the option of a more significant psychotherapy element if required. Individual sessions can be used as either a precursor to group attendance (e.g., to build-up confidence, manage social anxiety) or a completely separate format to benefit from Neuro-Flow Tai Chi.

These sessions can be undertaken in a hall (additional hall hire applies), at your home (if within an hour of Oxford, additional travel costs apply) or in an outdoor location that is accessible and meaningful to you.
